What Are The Required Documents For Trademark Applications In Turkey?
1) Power of Attorney (PoA)
2) Sample of your trademark/logo (if not brand name)
3) Payment receipt

Notary approval is not required for the trademark power of attorney. In addition to the above documents, PoA should be filled and signed. All the documents will be send to info@venusmark.com
After the necessary documents are provided, a trademark research will be carried out. So it will be ready to file a trademark application to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office within 24 hours.
